Am�lia Vit�ria de Jesus, que desapareceu em Aparecida de Goi�nia �

O suspeito de matar a estudante Am�lia Vit�ria, de 14 anos, que desapareceu ao ir buscar a irm� na escola em Aparecida de Goi�nia, na Regi�o Metropolitana de Goi�s, responde por ter estuprado a enteada, segundo a Pol�cia Militar. Na �poca em que a menina e a fam�lia dela denunciaram o caso � pol�cia, a adolescente de 15 anos relatou ter sido abusada pelo menos cinco vezes por Edmar Tavares da Silva.
O crime aconteceu em 2023, em Itapirapu�, na regi�o oeste de Goi�s, e foi denunciado no m�s de agosto do mesmo ano. Na �poca, a v�tima contou ter engravidado devido ao crime. O * bet com entrou em contato com a defesa de Edmar para um posicionamento sobre o caso, mas n�o obteve retorno.
J� sobre a morte de Am�lia Vit�ria, o advogado Jo�o Tiago Pereira disse em nota � TV Anhanguera que recebeu com surpresa decis�o que decretou a pris�o de seu cliente, uma vez que a pol�cia havia abordado Edmar no s�bado e que ele teria sido liberado por falta de provas. Abuso contra enteada
A enteada de Edmar Tavares da Silva contou � pol�cia que, al�m de abusar dela, o suspeito a ame�ou para que ela n�o contasse � fam�lia ou n�o denunciasse o crime. A v�tima revelou que o homem disse que mataria a m�e dela caso os abusos viessem � tona.
Ap�s a den�ncia, a Justi�a de Goi�s deferiu uma medida protetiva para a adolescente contra o Edmar. No entanto, mesmo ap�s o deferimento dessa medida, a pol�cia informou ao TJGO que o suspeito teria descumprido o que foi determinado pelo juiz.

Am�lia Vit�ria desapareceu na tarde de quinta-feira (30). A tia da adolescente, Cristiane Moreira, disse que, quando a menina saiu da casa, n�o levou celular, pois estava chovendo e que ela foi � p� porque a bicicleta estava estragada. �Esse � um trajeto que ela faz todos os dias h� uns 3 meses�, afirmou.
Cristiane contou ainda que a fam�lia percebeu a falta de Am�lia quando a escola da irm� mais nova, de 9 anos, ligou dizendo que ningu�m foi busc�-la. Neste momento, a pol�cia come�ou as buscas por Am�lia. V�deos mostram a menina caminhando pelas ruas antes de desaparecer (assista acima).
O corpo de uma menina envolto em um len�ol foi encontrado em uma cal�ada no s�bado (2). Pouco depois um exame confirmou que realmente seria de Am�lia Vit�ria. A Pol�cia Cient�fica afirma que a identifica��o do corpo foi feita por meio de exame de papilosc�pica, ou seja, por meio da impress�o digital.
Antes da confirma��o policial, o pai de Am�lia, Willian Alves, afirmou que a v�tima se tratava da filha, pois reconheceu as roupas que a adolescente vestia no dia em que desapareceu. �A cal�a � dela, o cabelo � dela. Eles n�o querem deixar eu ver agora, s� l� no IML. Eu vou l� s� para ter a certeza. A cal�a fui eu que comprei�, desabafou.
Ap�s a confirma��o da morte de Am�lia, a m�e da menina lamentou a perda e disse, por meio das redes sociais, estar destru�da. "Estou destru�da. Tiraram meu bem precioso, mas sempre vou lembrar dos nossos momentos felizes. Te amo sempre e pra sempre, meu amor", escreveu Cristina Moreira.
Ainda no s�bado (2), a pol�cia come�ou a procurar pelo carro que teria abandonado o corpo de Am�lia. C�meras de seguran�a registraram um ve�culo passando pr�ximo ao local. Segundo a Pol�cia Militar (PM), ele foi abandonado na rua, apreendido e feito uma per�cia. C�es farejadores sentiram o cheiro da adolescente no porta malas do carro.
A Pol�cia Civil (PC) afirmou que o suspeito foi preso na noite deste domingo (3). J� na manh� desta segunda-feira (4), a Pol�cia Militar (PM), confirmou que o suspeito preso � o dono do carro. O homem � o pedreiro Edmar Tavares da Silva, de 47 anos, que, segundo a PM, responde por ter estuprado a enteada de 15 anos em 2023. Defesa diz que colabora com as investiga��es.
